Picking 2 from 5 returns two different names

From Alice / Bob / Carol / Dave / Eve, a pick count of 2 returns two distinct names in a randomized numbered order.

This does not exclude previous winners on the next button press. Each new run starts again from the full unique candidate list.

Duplicate input rows are collapsed first

If the same exact name appears several times, it still becomes one candidate. Accidental duplicate rows therefore do not increase that person’s odds.

The pick count cannot exceed the candidate pool

With five unique names, the valid count is 1 through 5. Six unique winners cannot be produced from a five-name list.

Winner order is randomized too

The numbered output follows the shuffled order, not the original input order. You can therefore use it as both a winner list and a simple presentation order.

Use the no-repeat picker for multi-round rotation

If you want to draw one person at a time across several rounds without repeats until everyone has appeared, use the no-repeat name picker instead.
